Don‘t let a set back caused by this pandemic slow down your progress. Maintain your weekly martial arts training schedule. Use 30-60 minutes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (or whatever days you choose to train) to stay motivated.
Spend some time working on a specific technique or combination. Grab your phone or video camera, and record yourself doing some movements. Get critical about your performance.
Grab a family member and get them involved. Show them some techniques you have learned and have them do the techniques on you (slowly). Now is the time to share what you are learning.
